I understand that launching of spaceships is better at places near the EQUATOR, as you have the initial full speed of Earth´s Rotation, therefore you should consider changing the LOCATION to some U.S.A. controlled island near the Equator, gaining the advantage of CONTROLLED ACCESS.
I guess, but of course paradigm´s must go away.
